If you love the thrill of doing something challenging then a Zip-line ride is a great adventure. The tour starts with an easy hike through a breathtaking river canyon after that there are two zip-line rides

The first one is 235meters and the second ins is shorter or 135 meters. The view below you is of Grafargil which is incredibly beautiful to zip-line over. If you want to experience it on your Tv and then subscribe to Channels.

Included: All safety equipment, ride to the start from the meeting point, certificated guided hike, and two zip-lines.

You will need: Hiking shoes Warm and windproof clothes – dress according to the weather Gloves and a thin hat to fit under your helmet If you have long hair it’s recommended to braid it under the helmet.

Meeting point: Nordur-Vik Hostel, Suðurvíkurvegur 5, Vík í Mýrdal, South Iceland (check map). Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booking time.

A full refund will be offered for any cancellations due to weather conditions or any other safety considerations. A Zip-line ride is always at your own risk.

Our Zipline is situated right next to the village in Vík in South Iceland surrounded by beautiful hills and valleys. It is not directly accessible by vehicle so after we pick you up at Nordur Vik we drive for 5 minutes, then hike for another 20 minutes at a moderate pace to reach the take-off platform for the first zip, named The Gentle Giant.

We will give you detailed safety instructions and make sure you are comfortable with what to do during the ride so you will enjoy the ride to the fullest and stay safe. Once you’re ready then you wait your turn and next thing you know, you are zipping above the canyon, heart pumping with excitement and having the best birds-ey view of the area that you can’t imagine beforehand. Then we take a short hike through the amazing rock formation of Grafargil (Grave Canyon) to the next activity, named Leap of Faith. Then follows the second zip-line that we call Little Rush, it will take you over a stunning waterfall, named Hundafoss. Last but not least we have a short hike back to our base if the weather permits.
